First of all things, you must keep your mind on God. As hard as it is, you then get yourself to a place of solitude. You can only live with like minded people. That’s why I said it was hard. They  still love this world, and there not considering the one to come. With your mind on God, fear has to leave you. This battle is fierce, we are constantly praying and praising the Lord. The fear is not knowing what’s on the other side. Don’t worry it will happen so fast, and there will be someone to assist you when your there. So eat right,  try to exercise, and watch good television shows. The shows that build your spirit, and keep angels around . And also always remember that, we  fight not against flesh and blood.
